When he discusses the 2 week cutoff date hes talking about the first negotiations. He want unlimited testing the first time around but Pacquiao's camp wanted a month before the fight to be the cutoff so Floyd decided that 2 weeks would be a good compromise and Pacs camp refused that as well.
After beating Mosley Mayweather was in a better position to demand unlimited testing but Pacs camp wasnt willing to be tested any later than a week before the fight.
That's not correct. Mayweather brought the 2 week proposal in the first negotiations, Manny wanted 24 days. Why would he be talking about the first negotiations if he's referring to Manny wanting the two weeks, a stipulation Manny was agreeing to in the 2nd round.
