That's not how mega fights are negotiated. Pac has met floyd halfway on his unwarranted demand. Its time for floyd to do his part in also conceding to pac & meet pac halfway on the testing issue.
floyd has and is willing to take the proper drug test. Team pacquiao is not as of the moment. But they soon will and cash out on manny.

Oscar made demands about ring size,$$$, and type of gloves. Floyd said yeah because he wanted that fight. Pacman asked for what 10milli penalty clause and floyd said yeah because he wanted the fight. Floyd asked for drug testing and pacquiao said no. Floyd wanted the fight so bad he countered with 14 days before the fight and pacquiao said no.

That sounds like a negoatiation and 1 party works to seal deal and eliminates obstacles, the other just says no and takes his ball home

Overall not a bad interview. I hope in part 2 the interviewer mentions to PBF where folks are saying Manny in inteviews has agreed to testing all the way up to the fight. Would love to hear PBF response to that.

I personally believe that Floyd will embarrass Pacroid when they fight. I truly see it being an easy fight for Floyd. That’s just my opinion!!! In all sports there has to be a bad guy & Floyd has taken that role. People truly hate this brother because of who he is & what he has done. I guarantee you if the color of Floyd’s skin was other then brown he would be considered one of the great boxers without question. But just like everything else in the country a person of color has to go above & beyond to get the proper respect.
Boxing is indeed racist. If Pac wasn't white, I'm sure he would never have been awarded Fighter of the Year!

boxers need to see a weakness in thier opponent,or strenght they have to defeat thier opponent, floyds not so sure this time.

hes waiting for someone else to beat pac,and for pac to get dragged into some wars get worn out,and bled dry from testing too.

Floyd would rather stay inactive and fight when he really needs to.

And even fighting pac, that could may aswell be his last fight.

Hes not fighting bigger guys in martinez or williams.

Even if floyd does fight pac and win convincingly,he still wont be better than pac, career wise,if you compare, well pac is just superior for what hes achieved, who hes fought, how many great fights and wins hes had.

far superior career wise, and with less skill, thats more impressive.

Just an observation. I notice that when big Pacquiao related news hits, Floyd comes out talking.

Day of Pac-Hatton weigh-in, he's announces fighting Marquez piggybacking on huge media coverage of event and trying to steal thunder of fight. Margarito fight is signed, he comes out with ustream rant.

            CBS-Showtime deal.

            This.

that is complete bull****!!!! if floyd beats pac he is rated over him. pac would have to fight and beat sergio martinez(no catchweight) to pass him up again. pac is fighting bigger guys but they are all past prime and coming off bad performances or loses.

Floyd knows Pac will never take the test Mosley took its time to move on Floyd sounds like he getting stressed out about the whole situation he tried to make the fight happen it didn't work out but the public and the boxing world blames him for the fight not going down i don't even care if the fight happens anymore in part 2 I hope Ben ask him will he fight Sergio Martinez at 154 that is a true legacy fight

Even if he beats Sergio, he'll always be known as the boxer who ducked Pacquiao. Truth!
