ODLH won but ran like a putana.

i'm glad they didn't give him the decision to discourage putana fighting.

same way i feel about Froch vs Dirrell.

OSCAR MAY HAVE RAN BUT THE TRUTH IS THE TRUTH. I REMEMBER THIS FIGHT AND OSCAR WAS JUST SCHOLING TRINIDAD'S ROBOTIC JAB AND HOOK. HE NEVER HURT OSCAR AND OSCAR WON THE FIRST SEVEN ROUNDS CLEARLY. THERES A CLEAR REASON TITO NEVER WANTED A REMATCH AGAINST OSCAR. WHEN YOU FIND SOMEONE WHO CAN CONTROL YOU WITH A JAB AND MOVEMENT YOU BECOME VULNERABLE TO ALL YOUR OTHER OPPONENTS. WINKY GAVE TITO THE BUSINESS, BERNARD GAVE TITO THE BUSINESS. SIMPLE GAMEPLAN DERIVED FROM OSCAR FIGHT WITH TITO.

De la hoya should have won it but blew it by thinking he had done enough early on in the fight.

Because of the way De La Hoya ran and gave away the late rounds I've never had a problem with the decision, but come on he won.

I agree... Oscar walked away with some wins that he shouldn't have many times. Pernel Whitaker I and II, Ike Quartey....

Oscar took some rounds off, more towards the end. A lot of people say the last four, but (im pretty sure) he outlanded trinidad in the 10th.

Either way, some people judge this fight on emotion "oscar ran at the end" so he lost, but forget the absolute schooling of Trinidad.

                    DLH won this fight.
