Well they got it right about Floyd's Flamboyant WW1 pilot outfit, that was some funny gear.

With the tremendously higher average viewership on regular network television, even without repeated showings it will still reach a much higher # of new viewers and already hooked viewers.

Be critical if you know what you are talking about. They are quick to throw in MMA as being something that is taking over for boxing because they don't get that audiences are different. Espn doesnt really have too many boxing people but they should still let them to be the ones to discuss the sport.

They pretty much have Fat Dan Rafael and Kieran Mulvaney.. I don't take anyone else very seriously over there.

The point is not to target people on this forum.. If you're on this forum you are already well aware of the fight. To increase awareness and higher PPV purchases, you need to place the product in front of new eyes. Also, CBS is not the golf channel.. The hardcore fans are a given, the point is to put boxing in front of new and more people.

i know cbs is not the golf channel but cbs shows more golf than any other channel and the point i'm tryin to make is that cbs seems to be more for an older audience and it's hard for me to see that older audience carin about boxing,i understand they are tryin to target a new audience but i don't think the cbs audience will really give a **** about the fight camp or whatever it will be called but i guess we will just have to wait and see
