I have a feeling this will be cheap as hell online, and a problem in single player on higher difficulties. Great idea, I just hope it's executed correctly.

UFC Undisputed 2010 has 1-Hit KO's, it destroys the gameplay, why?

Because you can be battering your opponent and they land a shot and you'd be KO'd instantly which is reasonable, besides the fact that your fighter took the same shot 200 times before and it makes it seem as though theres a random generator to each punch and doesn't matter about circumstance...
