I hope he doesn't have this approach for the people of the Philippines, because its quite apparent, that Manny has a bunch of sharks in his entourage.

I hope he doesn't become a story in a decade or so, of another high profile athlete stripped of his wealth

Pacquiao doesn't want to seem like he's against HBO when its Top Rank and HBO that have beef. This was a smart business decision because HBO and Pacquiao are still on good terms for the future.

This fight is gonna get more exposure than any fight in the last 50 years and Pacquiao is gonna get a new career high payday.

Manny is such a phenom that he can change the sport of boxing without even knowing about it lmao

Well this is because Manny trust Arum a lot, aswell as having a lot of confidence in the decisions he makes.

Outside of Floyd, when have you ever seen a boxer come out and complain about being mistreated by Arum?

All of the fighters at Top Rank are the same way so I really don't see the problem.

Not surprised Manny is not the brains of the operation he just fights whoever they put in front of him.

No, No, back up the truck.

Bob makes the business decisions. Top Rank is the most important thing to Bob, and it always will be. Manny is required to fit in with Top Rank when he is dealing with Bob, just like everyone else. But Manny makes the final decision regarding his next opponent, and always has done.

                  That's how I see it.

This news doesn't necessarily reflect badly on Manny.

If Manny were to make a public statement along the lines, "I trust my Team to make the best decision" it would be correct to say that they have done just that.

In saying that, I truly believe that a lot - possibly even most - of you guys, have absolutely no idea what a fkn slimey weasel Bob Arum is.

It is highly likely that is the case

I do not believe that Pac is a poor businessman.
