WBO/WBC bantamweight champion Fernando Montiel is getting some good sparring by using the undefeated prospect Tomoki "Mexicanito" Kameda (17-0, 12KOs). Montiel is preparing for the big fight with Nonito Donaire on February 19 in Las Vegas. Tomoki is the youngest of the fighting Kameda brothers. He's a big super bantamweight with decent power. Montiel obviously using him to prepare for Donaire's larger frame.

Never seen him before but somebody i would bring into sparring would be cazares even though he is in a lower weight. He is long and rangy and sort of fights like donaire except donaire does it with more speed. Cant think of many guys.

Seen some of Tomoki's fights... He's far from Donaire in terms of speed, power, and skills. This is just another lowlife way of Kameda's self-promotion activities.

I've seen a handful of Tomoki's fights, he's tall and with a long reach for a bantamweight. He's got good speed and power and decent skillset.

However, I don't think he fights like Donaire at all.
