When somebody is brought into training camp to look at the fighter and to train a fighter it can do miracles, but that's in camp. You don't bring somebody in, especially with the reputation of Hearns, 3 days before the fight reworking all the wires and messing with his timing or, as you said messing with his mind. NOT AT ALL THAT CLOSE. Emanuel Steward would **** his pants and have a gun out if he caught anybody messing with his fighters that close to show time...........Rockin'

Pull c he was just showing some respect. Bradley will forget about that come fight night. Hearns just over stepped his boundaries. I put that on tommy. Its the first big one and he was star struck for a minute.

I dont think they did it so he could show timmy anything new just to help sell the fight. What better way than to bring in a living legend from the area where the fight is being held.

floyd sr taught ricky hatton how to catch a punch after 40 fights
he taught the same to oscar does that mean they didnt have skills?
manny pacquaio catches punches with his face so you telling me he is too
good for someone to teach him defense? he also leaves his feet when he punches which is amateurish. cotto heads leads in front of his front leg amatuerish move.
just because your at a high place in your career dont mean you cant learn something new. theres trainers that can show floyd something new. calzaghe didnt turn any punches over. ive dealt with a bunch of trainers who all taught me to throw a hook
different ways.? who way is better whos is correct? some turn they punches over some dont. he told timmy to turn them over for more pop.

your always learning new things thats the point of training.

I agree with what you said completely. But still, Tommy is a legend and every fighter knows that. Bradley could actually idolize the guy for all we know. And if he took in what tommy said then he could try it in the fight. He was already wired to fight before tommy worked abit with him. Everything that Bradley was to do came not by thought but by trained instinct. Make a fighter think for a split second about what he has to do when he's in the trenches throwing down and it could be catastrophic, especially in a fight of this magnatic and skill level. It has to happen with out even thinking when you're throwin' down............Rockin'

You're a 100% right....and not only that but you can hear guys in the background yelling "he's fighting a Southpaw"....so that could be detrimental but I don't think that lil' bit of work hurt him and was mainly for show. But as you mentioned if I was the trainer I wouldn't have risked it. Let's just keep doing what we've been doing. No need of risking throwing Tim out of synch.
