This is what I read:
Even his hospital bills, Briggs contends, were deducted from his overall fight purse.
In a press release, Briggs claims "that he has been a victim of a 'ripoff' on two fronts: by his former promoters and business partners, part and parcel of which includes documents in which his signature was 'forged.'"
Today, Briggs filed a major lawsuit in the New York State Supreme Court, alleging breach of fiduciary duty, conversion, unjust enrichment and breach of contract against Gregory D. Cohen, Shelly Finkel and Barry Honig, and their boxing and entertainment promotional company, Empire Sports & Entertainment.
The lawsuit states that "defendants have denied Briggs the compensation he was promised and to which he was entitled to for his services to Golden Empire, Empire and Holdings."
Briggs claims that not long after he arrived back from Germany, he was dumped by the Empire Sports & Entertainment Company of which he had been an investor and was paid only $25,000 for his trouble.Comment

That first pic is funny. Vitali is angling the belt for Solis to see. Odlanier has his hands in his pockets, looking at the strap, like, "Nice belt...where'd you get it?"
Actually, all those pictures are a little strange...really random. What's up with that Sponge Bob "bling"?Comment

Dwyer said Vitali was duking Solis doing everything he could to avoid the fight. He thinks Solis will win.
Personally, i think Vitali was avoiding Solis because 1) He's a Don King fighter and negotiating with him is hell and 2) Like Maskaev Solis isn't worth Vitali wasting his remaining years on.
Bottom line: Vitaali runs from no one. Vitali only knows one word:

Dwyer's a pretty good fight analyst usually, but he's been coming up with some horrendous crap regarding the Klits lately. Almost like he has some personal beef with them. Dunno what's up with that.
Solid bloke, otherwise.Comment
