Lara wants to get the winner of the February WBA 154-pound title fight between Rigoberto Alvarez and Austin Trout. man, lara is good, but those are some BIG plans...i hope alvarez claims the title against trout and then lara/alvarez would be good. good luck to him though, that list of potential opponents is crazy, but i doubt the pacman fight will ever happen, catchweight perhaps...

I started reading this article with interest...until Pacquiao's name was uttered. My eyes literally bugged. These guys crack me up. Fifteen pro fights against no one anybody really cares about and you're already publicly mentioning all the big names? Gimme a break....

Lara's got serious potential, but he's well-advised to keep his nose to the grindstone, fight increasingly challenging opposition and not overlook anyone. His time will come, hopefully. All this big talk makes me wonder how truly committed he is to his career. Or is Erislandy just looking for the quick payday?

i like lara but no way he fights pac,, way to dangerous for manny.. he should target saul alvarez.. alvarez is having trouble making 147.
