                Nobody. Even guys known for pressure like Chavez, Margarito, and Frazier have to take backward steps here and there.

                Chavez liked to box around the ring at times as well, using lateral movement and backing up.

                      Pretty much all 'come foward' fighters actually take backsteps occasionally to get out of the range of a punch, pick the correct distance, etc.

                      Henry Armstrong, from the footage Ive seen, seems to fit the topic the most.
