Pac did. Thus, no one else can do it without permission from....Pac.

Do you now believe that the commission should do their job without outside interference from an outside source?
First, Pacquiao did not increase the fine. It is a separate fine created by him. Thus, it is separate. Hopefully that's simple enough for you.

"He was going to come in over weight"?

Did he or did he not come IN overweight?

Of course it does. Please point to where it didn't. I'll be here waiting so try not to your way out of this thread.

And don't read this as me saying Manny Pacquaio is a scholar either, he is not the sharpest knife in the drawer, like GBP being scumbags and trying to lure him with a bag of cash and then changing his mind. But one thing both these guys know how to do is fight. Floyd Sr makes a his babbling idiot speech every two weeks or so and says even if Pacquaio is using PEDs, we can beat his ass. Then why not just sign to fight? They know he is not on PEDs and have no proof. It's just bull**** and everyone knows it. If Manny drops the lawsuit, the winner get's 60% and the loser 40%, just make the damn fight. Winner get's the bigger share, period. Random OSTs, glove size, ring size, it's all bull****. Just make the fight...
Egos is one of the reasons this fight hasn't been made.. too much money for this fight not to happen.

Wow. I didn't know Pac was above the commission?

I thought this was what Pac said Mayweather was doing and was the sole reason he didn't want to agree to Mayweather as he didn't make the rules.

                  How contradicting...

No, he said he's not thinking about boxing and he's taking a vacation, then claimed he's taking a few years off from boxing when asked point blank if he planned on fighting Manny. Then after a racist internet rant claiming he would fight 'Poochiao' (the day after Pacquiao-Margarito was signed) he didn't say a word, wouldn't pick up his phone to even begin talking about a Pac fight.

All Pac has to do is take the tests.
He's said a million times he agreed to every testing demand Floyd made, this is on record in film, print, etc.

And yet people are still blaming this on Floyd this is almost laughable. The hate Floyd gets has never been seen before in boxing.
                    Jack Johnson would vehemently disagree
