    According to Javier Bustillo, president of Universal Promotions, Ishmael Tetteh of Ghana, with a record of 21-6-2 and 10 knockouts, is the frontrunner among the three candidates to face former WBO welterweight champion Carlos 'El Indio' Quintana, who reappears as a junior middleweight in Ponce, Puerto Rico on Feb. 18 on a function held at the coliseum Juan 'Pachin' Vicens.
