david diaz IS a bum, robbed morales of his 4th title when he clearly lost the fight. He got destroyed by pacquaio and later went on to try and regain the vacant wbc light weight title but couldn't get past soto. If anything he should first prove himself in a rematch with soto then call out Marquez.

I am very much surprised on so much hate people have for Diaz, he is a class act in and outside the ring, represented our country in the olympics along with Mayweather, Tarver, etc

I hope the best for him and I would not mind watching JMM vs Diaz.

Come on dog you can not call David Diaz a bum. I have trained at the same gym with him for a few months and he is honestly one of the classiest people I have ever met and he gives his heart and soul into boxing he took on Pacquiao too shows you the type of balls he has.

David Diaz should of neve gotten the win against Morales, Morales beat him, Then soto beat him. Not too long ago David Diaz barely beat a shot and old Jesus Chavez which I think could of gone either way!! He needs to retire!!

You really need to understand what a bum is. Just because you lose to a top fighter doesnt make you a bum. He got to the world title picture in his weight class. There are thousands of boxers who can only dream of doing that. He comes to fight, leaves everything in the ring and doesnt make any excuses. He acts like a fighter in the ring and i dont care if it was a paper championship, you have to have tremendous skill to get to this level.
