    When it comes to pure hand speed in short bursts then I think he is the fastest at this point in time. Although Floyd's cleverness makes him seem even quicker in the ring.

        I'm gonna have to disagree with you, I think Donaire burst is better and faster.

                            I can't front Amir Khan has some fast hands BUT NO not faster than Floyd Mayweather Jr. or Manny Pacquiao. Roy Jones Jr. still looks faster than him today as well as Shane Mosley.
