Lol. manny doesnt do any of that BS he does while shadow boxing, during actual fights. That is irrelevant. When the bell rings, khan is definitely faster than manny.

I think Berto has the fastest single punches in the game though.. a lot of that has to do with the fact that his arms are so damn short.

I disagree with Donaire hands being the fastest as stated above.. DONAIRE has the fastest hands off counters imo. His left hook is incredible. When he isnt countering, his speed is meh.

Combinations I would give to Khan or Pacman. Bigger guys like Dirrel get stuff off incredibly quick too.
