simple. it wasnt in bob arums best intrest into having those fights happen.

even when floyd wasnt with arum he didnt fight cotto because arum didnt want it to happen.

oh and tsyzu is prob the only one i feel he might have ducked. but tsyzu wasnt pulling no big money and was dealing with lots of injuries at the time and wasnt as active. gatti strung along a bunch of wins and was showcased on hbo all the time. not the lineal champion but the most popular biggest money and loyds first ppv showcase. all that set him up to where he is today. fighting tsyzu would been better for legacy and maybe fans but overall skipping tsyzu and going for gatti was the better business decision
