Boxers know how important footwork is, so dont all of a sudden dis it just because Pac has great footwork. Floyds got good footwork as well though.

Really, you don't think Pac practice the footwork he uses in the ring? That stuff is burned into his muscle memory, that comes with time/practice, not random mistakes.

no he dont practice it. remember he was boxing with bad habits way before he was with roach your right its muscle memory its bad habits that stay so no matter what footwork he practice on there will be times his bad habits will shine through. he makes up for it in other areas. but his footwork isnt his best asset or good period

manny doesnt move at the right time reason why he gets hit. he only moves out as a restart to move back and do his combo again. and keep his short arms busy and moving.

Meh Manny gets hit because he wants to entertain often, encouring his opponent to come forward.

When he got hurt VS Marg for example with that body shot, the next round he boxed and used his footwork and barely got hit.

He can be fluid and punch, but he often isn't.

His macho style has got him into trouble before, and often will again.

Once again, your insisting he needs to have textbook footwork to be good in your eyes. Your right, no trainers would teach Manny's footwork because its too difficult for the average person to pick up and/or too difficult to teach but here's my point, he is extremely successful at what he does and much of what he does he has acquired through his training and experience.

i didnt say it has to be text book. i say the mistakes he makes only amateurs and he make people who dont know how to keep they feet on the canvas just go wild. its not just that manny doesnt cut the ring off well manny does some good things on his feet against guys who dont react well to them. ricky hatton had better footwork than manny. but hes just not built the same way and cant take the damage over the long career as manny can.

good footwork comes in different fighters though. fighters with good footwork. floyd(the best) marquez barerra morales chris john vitali cotto(when not squared up) hatton(when not squared up and only goal is to knock someone out) martinez(who game is relied on his footwork and movement) hopkins(great footwork)

against margirito who does not cut the ring off who just plodes forward until you stop so he can punch. i was able to shuffle side to side my first year of boxing manny is a p4p num 1 world champion. so if thats impressive to you so be it.

then they started another ridiculous campaign about Pac's skills. They said that he doesn't have any skills and the morons latched onto this even harder discrediting everything Manny does.

Pac has possibly the best foot movement in the game. He can bounce in and out, side to side in the blink of an eye while throwing 5 punch combos. He does not need to plant his feet to draw power either. (see cotto fight)

Its not so hard to see that what Manny Pac has recently accomplished is extraordinary which is equivalent to "not normal". No one had to point that out.
When an accomplishment is not easily explained people tend to wonder.Simple.
Does it mean he is on PED's?..No not necessarily but how a ******* does not see why someone would be curious is ridiculous.

IMO its pacs work-rate/speed that makes him special(he is like a hyper energizer bunny). That combined with his power makes him hard too deal with. Foot work is ok. But just imagine any fighter with Pacs "footwork" but no speed or mysterious power.

And the comparison Barry Sanders to Pac is not a good one. Sanders was simply a gifted runner. He was more like Roy Jones.
Roy and Barry had the kind of natural talent that one cannot teach.
Pac is more like Emmit Smith.

Pac relies on speed, power, athleticism and nothing else. Can't move his big ass head away from a punch. I don't think I've ever seen him slip a punch then counter-punch. He just moves back from his opponents combination while taking some of them and then he jump back in throwing his combination.

Actualy I saw him duck and counter the **** outta marquez with one of da weirdest punches I've eva seen n their 2nd fight. Had marquez stumbling across da ring lol his defense still sucks though
