[VIDEO] Brandon Rios sparring Victor Cayo n some other guy[VIDEO]

Brandon looks decent against Victor Cayo aside from the first clip in the beginning of this video. He looked better against the 2nd sparring partner. Plus Rios style doesnt necessarily look good during sparring because he walks them down after the 5th round and up. He looks better during fights. Anyways drop opinions.

these guys were clearly outboxing him and it looks like hes too slow and flat footed cant cut off the ring. and victor cayo doesnt change ! he still puts his hands down all the time and agianst the ropes like in the fight with maidana what an idiot. he got caught in the opening round in this vid. his trainer trains mathysse and sergio but cant polish this young kid.

i dont know man! I think brandon taking on acosta coule be a big big mistake at this stage of his career! Will be a great fight but i can see brandon getting stopped by acosta or even his own corner cause brandon is still young

It was just sparring, does not mean **** about how he will fight Acosta, IMO Rios will KO Acosta!!

I remember watching a video of Rios sparring Eloy Perez before the Peterson and not looking all that good. He didn't look all too good here either, but he proved that it's a different story on the night where it counts. The Acosta fight is a tossup, even though I slightly favor Acosta.

Cayo is a good fighter too (if it weren't for the KD, he would've been winning the Maidana fight), but he's no defensive genius and has to be matched up correctly.
