Name some advantages and disadvantages for Berto vs Ortiz?

Both are good fighters and young in their prime...to me it's a toss up fight seeing how both have good speed but Berto has that advantage, both have good power, but I feel like Ortiz has the edge on that, Berto might have the reach advantage by a slight margin, but they're the same in height. Berto struggled with a Southpaw in Collazo and was wabbled a bit, and Ortiz took on Peterson who had 28w's with 14ko's like collazo did when he faught Berto but skill wize he is better than Collazo, but Ortiz hasn't faught a legit WW besides a 34 year old antonio Diaz...will the few extra pounds help out Ortiz or will he be at a disadvantage and Berto picks him apart? I think Berto squares up too much and can get tagged a lot he tends to get wreckless...I see Ortiz being patient but a little too patient when Berto takes off...your thoughts?

Speed: Berto has this advantage. His combinations are very fast.

Power: Ortiz. Hes a very good puncher, while Berto's power is a bit overrated.

Accuracy: ****...that's hard to say. Both have great accuracy so I'll call it even.

Movement/Overall boxing ability: Ortiz. Berto isn't a very good boxer. No movement or footwork.

Defense: Ortiz has the advantage, but only because Berto's defense is ****. Neither has good defense to be honest.

Overall the outcome depends on how focused Ortiz is. If he comes focused, he could very well outbox and possibly KO the reckless Berto, but if not then I got Berto by late TKO or UD.

I think that Ortiz will accept the fight at 147 he said that he'll fight anyone...he wants to take ppl's minds off of the Maidana fight by taking on good name opponents but my question is that if GBP want to test Ortiz at WW why don't they make Ortiz vs Maidana II at 143 pounds? Maidana had a hard time making 140 as well against Khan...Berto seems to be a better fighter than Maidana, but hey if things don't come to agreement I'm sure fans will like Ortiz vs Maidana II at 143...

Berto by far has more power than Ortiz.

Ortiz should win this if he boxes smartly, I do not understand why Ortiz wants a catch weight? He is a big dude who can barely make 140, He should stop being a biacth and stop lookin for advantages!!

How so? Berto has failed to hurt anything with a half a pulse. And he's even failed to hurt old fighters/taxi drivers at points. Even Quintana said that he doesn't punch as hard as they thought. He didn't really hurt Quintana until he slowed down as the fight wore on. Ortiz on the other hand has wobbled/dropped plenty of decent fighters.
