True but Mosley was pursuing fights and then was in training camp for Berto. Floyd has only stated he is on vacation and has not made any mention of fighting anytime soon. This May will be a year of inactivity and if he doesn't fight soon after that I would say drop him lower or out of the ranks.

Floyd was signed (in May) to fight Marquez in September.

Manny was pretty much locked in to fight Cotto immediately after hatton. It was clear that Shane was not getting manny.

So, tell me which fights Shane was pursuing from May onward. Mosley was talking about manny, and manny was signed to fight Cotto in Nov.

Anyways people care way too much about P4P rankings. He probably care mores about the fact that someone is seen as an equal to him rather than some magazine's ranking.
