In recent years, what opponent of Wifebeater has PAC not fought or isn't about to fight ?

Man, y'all can accuse PAC of only choosing guys who fight one way, straight-forward. But, you see, Wifebeater had been offered the same opportunities and found a multitude of excuses not to fight the likes of Cotto and 'Rita.
