HBO offered Berto and Martinez as opponents for Cotto to fight and Arum went with Mayorga who is a meaningless fighter outside of his big mouth and that's why HBO told Cotto to get lost. Why is this so hard for Cottards to understand?

it's not really about that. Cotto v Vanes was a legit fight. Vanes is undefeated so he had that going for him and Cotto is just Cotto.

Funny thing is now they are talking Canelo v Mayorga, which I suppose is all of a sudden okay for HBO. Ridicolous.

Arum will work something out with Showtime to air all of his fights. HBO shouldn't have messed with this guy, he is the shrewdest business man in the entire sport.
