wouldn't it be somethin if ****in calzaghe lost. i'd be pissed cuz i cant wait for the english to start making excuses after lacy owns him.

Calzaghe will lost to that Lacy guy because he's so far past his best, he'll put a fight but I doubt he'll last long. There's not a world-class fighter that Calzaghe can beat now, Lacy isn't even world-class but he'll beat Calzaghe because that's how bad Calzaghe is now. If you watch his fight with the great Kabary Salem, you'll see exactly what I'm talking about. Unfortunately for Joe, his time has been and gone a long time ago, and his personal problems have got the better of him.
I for one would not be suprised if he lost to Ashira, who is a much stronger opponent than Salem, and remember that Calzaghe is another year past his best since then.Comment

My problem with this fight is that Ashira is a middleweight and not a supermiddleweight and has never been so i don't see why he should get this fight in the first place.
I think Ashira is a good middleweight who instead should try to take on some of the other challengers at middleweight instead of stepping up to SM and be pushed around and beaten.
But to be honest i don't care too much about who Calzaghe is fighting in this warm-up as long as he fights Lacy.Comment
