Both sides are to blame. So Burner your fat ass and all the other Floyd fan boys can stop acting like this fight hasn't happened because of pacquiao.

That what Floyd agreed on. Floyd just decided to take a vacation when everything was agreed.

Floyd had an 18 day cut off against Mosley

I'm tired of hearing about all these issues with the fight and it still not happening. I have pretty much given up hope of this fight ever taking place. Regardless of who you like we all lose as boxing fans by not seeing this fight.

Floyd even tried to say no negotiations took place.

Why have and 18 day cut off period with Mosley and then take a vacation when Pacquiao comes all the way down to a 7 day cut period.

Dude there was no 18 day cutoff.

USADA decided not to test them within that 18 days. Floyd and Shane had no knowledge of that. They couldve still knocked on their doors and demanded blood at any moment. The threat was still there.

Can you explain to me how this random testing works?

5 test in 30-18 days period then no test to 18-0 days. Doesn't seem that random.

Somebody made that decision, and why?

                      Oh, it didn't?

Pacquiao and Mayweather had agreed to unlimited random urine testing, but Mayweather also insisted on random blood testing, even though the Nevada State Athletic Commission, which would oversee the bout at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, requires only urine testing.

Pacquiao (50-3-2, 38 KOs) didn't want blood testing but later relented and agreed to three blood tests: one during the week of the kickoff news conference, which would have taken place next week, one random test to be conducted no later than 30 days before the fight and a final test in his dressing room after the fight. Mayweather (40-0, 25 KOs) would be subject to the same testing procedures.

When they could not come to an agreement, Top Rank and Golden Boy Promotions, which represents Mayweather, turned to a mediator, retired judge Daniel Weinstein, who had successfully mediated a series of disputes between Top Rank and Golden Boy in 2007.

But after nine hours in mediation on Tuesday in Santa Monica, Calif., and further attempts to come to a resolution on Wednesday failed, the fight was pronounced dead by the Pacquiao camp.
