Showtime is a premium channel. Premium channels don't have commercials. If you're talking about CBS, probably there will be but before and after the fight.

Showtime got Pac vs Mosley but it's a PPV. There won't be any more commercials than there are on an HBO broadcast (which are getting more annoying, I hate the at&t logo on the screen)...
