I thought I remember there being an interview shown of Cotto before the Pac saying he believed Tony cheated?

All these people posting pictures of Cotto's face and no one has simply done some math. Cotto got hit with the same amount of punches from Margarito as he did Mosley, except Margarito landed probably 1/3rd to the body. Compare their faces after that fight, as the punches were damn near equal the amount of damage done to his face is night/day difference. We all can also admit that Manny is a harder puncher than Marg, as well as the fact that Shane said Marg never even hurt him in their fight.

We then have the fact that Marg had illegal wraps in his next fight, with blood on them. Not to mention they passed the CSAC inspection and if it wasn't for ****m he would have used in that fight. It took ****m calling in the top CSAC official on site to get him to say the wraps were bad. Not to mention once the block fell out, they almost didn't make him unwrap his other hand. I've said all this and still haven't said what I feel is the biggest piece of evidence in this entire thread.

In the ENTIRE Cotto fight, until he took his gloves off, Margarito NOT ONCE opened his hands in his glove.

That basically tells me he couldn't as any boxer I've seen opened their hands multiple times whether it be to pick off punches, relaxing, stretching or many other things you do to your hands as a fighter. Just compare that fight with any other of Margarito's fights and you'll see exactly what I mean. He was opening his glove the second Manny started teeing up on him. I've said all this and I still haven't touched on the fact that Margarito had 5 losses when he faced Cotto. He was a nobody at the time, it was his first and quite possibly last PPV if he were to lose this fight, he was a 3-1 underdog...

You mean to tell me that some in Mexico with money said, I'm gonna put 1 million on Margarito, you better make sure he wins or you're dead **** isn't possible? Please it was the only time Margarito was ever going to get on PPV if he lost this fight. Only an idiot looks all that this evidence and says he still only used in a HBO fight vs Mosley were Margarito was the 4-1 favorite as if he actually NEEDED them for the first time in his career in that fight. Oh yea... this was the Mosley coming off the Cotto loss and three very lucky wins to Vargas and Mayorga.

All that being said I totally agree with Cotto, because no one really KNOWS if he did cheat. But its pretty obvious he did, and as some Cotto/PR haters are going to come on say "get over it Cotto did" I am over it. But I'm just stating some facts here that others I know will simply leave out, ignore, or simply act is if this ever happened. If Cotto feels he lost cleanly whether it be because its how he actually feels, it helps him get over the loss, or he simply took the right PR (public relation) stance doesn't mean people like myself still think he cheated. If anything it'll make it even easier for Cotto when they fight for a rematch as it'll be an easy fight. Then again it could just be the fact that by fighting Marg Cotto is going to get a 10 million plus payday and for that much money I'd admit he never used in the first Cotto fight either.

Here's Cotto, saying the right thing, and instead of commending him for taking a loss like a man, there's people trying to make more excuses.

And he's right...no one will know but Team Maragrito. So aside from that you have to assume that he fought cleanly, and lets just hope he gets his revenge.

And that long post is just circumstancial evidence,a kid could see into that.Take a bunch of things out of context,mix some random facts,biased declarations and you can make people believe I shot John F Kennedy.

And this is in the Pacquiao fight. Not much difference in appearance there.

the difference is pacquiao was hitting cotto from the beginning alot and landed alot more on cotto but anyways everyone is entitled to there opinion
