Thing with Roger is that he isn't a public figure and he really disappeared after the assault charge. Floyd on the other hand just continued to amp up his attitude and get into more and more altercations. This isn't Floyd's first merry go round with the court system either. With that said, I don't see Floyd serving any kind of serious time.

When it comes to he-said she-said It will be a little harder for Floyd attorneys to prove reasonable doubt since he likes showing his ass on video cameras day in and day out.

Not sure how many charges Uncle Roger had but Lil Floyd has 8!!!!! And isn't one of them the same charge Roger had??? Any one of those charges can put him away for a couple years...

Ok, I'm not proud of this or anything, but I've been to jail in Vegas, through the court process and Floyd is NOT gonna get any time unless he was on probation - AT MOST - he will do couple weeks, and that is not likely.

I was charged with a Felony and it was completey dismissed upon my completition of court approved classes conducted ON THE WEB. I live in Cali, I went to court once and did everything else via fax. I am lucky as hell, but it was a JOKE.


I'm telling you right now...go to LRSSYSTEMS.COM and look at the "Anger Management Course", I guarantee this is the punishment Floyd will get and likely one Roger has done as well. these the court approved courses - he is fighting 8 counts, he has bread and top lawyers, and not on probation/parole. charges will be dropped as the case goes along and he will just fight & delay until he gets what he and his lawyers want.

Best case scenario for fans is that he does avoid jail time but has a shit load of legal fees and has to pay fines out of his ass that way there is 1 way he can make that money back.
