COTTO to MAYORGA: "Perro que ladra no muerde"

Miguel Cotto is getting the first taste of what it means to do a fight with a big trash talker. And Miguel is doing a much better job than Oscar did when DLH was verbally assaulted by Floyd.

...but Miguel also has more ammo. Floyd was undefeated.

I liked this match up for many reasons, one being that I wanted to see what side of Cotto Mayorga would bring out. Gotta hand it to Miguel he's handling himself really well against Mayorga's trash talking.

What's also interesting is that Mayorga has mainly been taken out by big punchers and bigger/ stronger guys than Cotto. It is something to think about, of course I'm still picking Cotto to win this, just something to think about.

After watching Mayorga vs both Shane and Vargas, I think this is a dangerous fight for Miguel.

That is IF Rico is in shape.

Miguel needs to learn from Tito and just go to Matador's body.
