Why should he make 160? He can weigh 155 or even 154 and still challenge JCC Jr for the MW title if JCC Jr wins.

He doesn't have to weigh in at 160. There is no minimum, you just can't go over the limit.

Margarito I still question, I don't know about that one. It depends on how much the Pac fight really took out of Margarito. But, Margarito can beat Cotto. I'm actually riding with Margarito on that fight. I think Marg wins it again but we'll see.

I don't care if it's at 154 or 160, I would favor Cotto over JCC JR. I mean JCC Jr hasn't proven anything really. His best win is against Duddy for God sakes. He has never faced anybody on the level of a past prime, small MW, version of Cotto. So I don't know about that fight at all. JCC Jr has to prove it first. Cotto is proven.

I kind of like JCC jR over Cotto.

And I don't particularly like either guy that much.

I just see ways that JR can beat him.

Maybe not the Cotto that fought Mosley the first seven rounds but the Cotto after yeah, I give jr a healthy chance.

Sure he can weight in at a lower weight like 155 but that's the same BS many of us critisize Pacquiao for, it'd be a BS fight if it were for the MW title.

Arum is so full of ****!!!!

foreman bruised cotto's face easy so imagine mayogra you never know he can get a lucky punch and KO him, chavez is decent i wouldn't favor cotto over him in middleweight and certainly not with roach in his corner

He might be able to. But, I just need to see it. I can't trust a man that his best win is against Duddy.

I'm not saying he can't win but it's still too many question marks on JCC jr for me to pick him over Cotto. He's not proven yet IMO.

I mean some fighters just bruise easily. Even against none punchers. Look at Pac vs Clottey. It really means nothing. And, Foreman TBH is a much a better overall fighter than Mayorga at this point.

I mean in boxing anything can happen that Mayorga can land a shot from hell that could end the fight. But, at the same time Mayorga hasn't really stopped any top level opponent since the Forrest KO. So I don't think is likely that he will stop Cotto.

And, yes Roach being on JCC Jr corner is a wild card. But, a the same time so is Steward being on Cotto corner.
