Um NO. The issue was Nasim playing mind games on Camp Tito. The wraps were bound in front of the commission rep and signed off as LEGIT. Nasim came over and enforced his "right to be present" while the wraps were being applied. Hence, he demanded they be removed and re-wrapped.

Mind games 101. As per the commission, Tito's wraps were LEGAL. Nasim came over and was making a fuss about every inch of gauze so as to mindfck Tito. It worked...
