Manny pacquiao Never Agreed to Random Drug Testing...Only To 14 Day Cut-off

Just read the Tim James article about Michael Koncz.

Soooo, Manny never did agree to random testing. Only to 14 day cutoff.

...the same deal Manny rejected last January.

you dont know how to read?

"Hey what is your problem with the blood test?" He said, "Tim, I have no problem about the blood test. As long as I dont have to take the blood test the day of the fight, I'm okay". He said the day of the fight. He didn't even say 14 days; he said the day of the fight.

Yes. Pacquiao never agreed to this random bs. Fights happen all the time without it. No big deal, but certainly a big deal for haters. Solution: Find alternative fights for Floyd. Martinez is waiting for him. He'll agree to everything.

Yes. So now Floyd has to take the Martinez option. I see no problem in this fight when it comes to OST, purse split, no Arum, etc. Any reason why this fight won't happen? What do you think?

The bottom line is this: if Manny Pacquiao was willing to take a blood test, this fight would have already happened.
