Why so much talk about Matthew Hatton on this site? I will admit I have never seen him fight before but once it was rumored he was going to fight Floyd like a year ago the site has not stopped talking about him.

Is he actually any good?

Luis Collazo is a mid level WW. Matthew Hatton is roadkill on the side of the road.

Collazo arguably beat Berto and Hatton.

At his best he was a damn good WW.

And you still have know idea what a bum fighter is.

Matthew is a tough kid and has fought some tough European fighters.

He works hard and gets everything out of what talent he has.

HBO is free? not the last time I checked. The only time I've been able watch fights on HBO was when I was a paid subscriber. It certainly wasn't free

Wouldn't be surprised if Alvarez stops Hatton early. Hatton has been hurt early in some of his recent fights, it's just that the guys that hurt him didn't really know how to follow up. But even if Hatton gets past the early portions of the fight, I don't think he can outbox Alvarez.
