The co-manager of Antonio Margarito, Francisco Espinosa, is worried about Ricardo Mayorga possibly getting an upset win over Miguel Cotto on March 12 in Las Vegas. If Cotto wins, he is scheduled to fight Margarito in a planned June rematch. Espinosa doesn't like the fight. He says Mayorga is strong and throws a lot of big punches in the early rounds. All it takes is one shot to end a fight.

Ignoring Pacquiao, I don’t think I can recall a beating that resembles anything like what Cotto took at the (possibly stone) hands of Margarito with the exception of the one he dealt out to Paulie. This fight is going to answer a lot of questions.

Win loose or draw, Cotto’s got stones of steal for taking this fight. True warrior.

Even if Mayorga Beat Cotto, it is still good Boxing if we will have a Cotto - Margo and Pac - Mayorga match this year. better than a non fighting Floyd right? I do miss Floyd though...

hope Shane will beat Pac so that we can have a TRUE Shane - Floyd fight this year as well.. I know even if Pac loses to Shane and Mayorga beat Cotto, people will still watch a Pac - Mayo fight as Pac is so HOT now...

That's true. Marg is coming off a loss so he wouldn't be in the position to turn down Cotto because he lost to Mayorga.

I don't know about all that ****. He had trouble making weight with mosley, I think that fight with pac clearly showed that. He looked cut as **** and he still had to drop weight just to make 150. I think 147 drained him to hell. And him loosing to pac doesnt mean too much. Everyone looses to pac...it's pac

That would be a very fun fight, I'd watch every press confrence with a bowl of popcorn in hand that's for sure. Cheato wouldn't take mayorga's **** too long, there'd be fireworks inside and outside the ring.

What's the worry? If Mayo wins, then we have Mayo-Margarito. Margs manager should be worring about other things, like Marg's license.
