I'm picking Sergio by stoppage. While Dzinziruk has a quality beard and the ability to be far more allusive than some of Martinez' other opponents, I think that he ends up getting pressured with a fast style that isn't so much about mistakes. It'll be about speed and power. With that in mind, I see Martinez having the advantage and stopping him late in the fight.

Dzinziruk did jab and checkhook Santos senseless, but not without getting hit a lot himself. Santos also hurt and staggered him a number of times (esp in the 11th) when he timed properly his bursts forward. And Sergio is faster on his feet and stronger at 160 and a lot more awkward. But he would have to work every round because Sergiy's laser jabs will never let up pounding his face

Don't think you'll see one. Dzinziruk isn't a KO artist by any means and I think his defense is too good to get KO'd unlike Williams who doesn't care about defense.
