How would DeGale have done against oppostion like Adamu or Anderson, I'm telling you he wouldn't have liked it.

Groves is taking the hard deserving route, not a dual promoted title fight like Smith/DeGale, (was that really the Paul Smith we know in that ring) NO!

Groves (I hope and feel) wins.
So it was Paul Smith who didn't show up but not DeGale being a level above him?

    Stop being bitter.

Good fight this.DeGale is a slight favorite, but i definitely wouldn't be righting Groves off.we are yet to find out if DeGale can dig deep and i think at some point in this fight hes going to have to do that.I also think Groves has been in with the better caliber of fighter to date.I give deGale the edge but i honestly think it could go either way.

          GREAT FIGHT!

I’m leaning towards Degale but Groves still has a great shot at this.

Good luck to the both of them – WAR!!!!

Yeh very interesting stance from Booth. I think his problem has been that Groves obviously has the win in the ameatures over DeGale and looking at the 1st handfull of fights Groves looked miles ahead(certainly looked more heavy handed and suited to the pro game). He has given it big lips but obviously now realises that DeGale has stepped it up in his last couple of fights and Groves has been exposed as having very poor defensive skills.. Groves defence is almost a carbon copy of Haye's, especially when in-fighting but the problem is Groves won't face big slow lumbering heavyweights and is going to get caught consistantly as he is so open. I mean you seen with Anderson that if you are able to take Groves shots then you can walk straight through him and not stuggle to land. You can thank Booth for his lack of defensive ability, Haye is much the same but his speed and relflexes get him out of alot at HW.

I preferred Groves from the start (DeGales personality puts me off) but I have to say I think DeGale is the fighter that has the real potential and Groves is just a promising fighter that may/ may not have a decent career.

Think DeGale wins late stoppage if the fight is made now.

                .
agree with all that especially the bold.

Just wish Booth would make this fight though ffs. It would be a damn good domestic tear up.

Groves spars regularly with Carl Froch. That's invaluable experience.

A few weeks agos people were saying how Groves would expose DeGale, now it seems everyone has changed their tune and is picking DeGale!

Degale does look polished though doesn't he?

                      Groves might be tougher.
