Branco Sports Productions won the rematch of the IBF purse bid for the trilogy between IBF junior featherweight champion Steve Molitor and challenger Takalani Ndlovu. Branco put in a bid of $320,000, while Top Rank bid $227,500. The previous bid was held on November 30, 2010, and won by Top Rank with $215,000. Branco had bid $154,240.
