either give him the 7 day cut off or kick rocks Floydie
last I checked it was wifebeater that ran from negotiations to go beat on his ex, make racist comments against pac, and poke rent-a-cops in the eye.

No it hasn't, it has been reported that the last test was 18 days out, but that there was no cutoff and they culd have been tested anytime up until the fight or right after it.

now answer this question, is a 7 day cut off better than an 18 day cutoff?
I cant believe how dumb you are , the fact that the last test went public AFTER the fight is in line with random testing , after the fact it dont mean nothing lol , nobody said they WILL test on the last day but they could have if they wanted too , again this is the nature of random , its about they CAN test you ANYTIME and they can stop testing you anytime , the fact that nobody but the testers know when testing is happening is the power of random testing ,,,, you got to think a little deeper than your fanboy bias .

To your question a known cut of like you want is not random testing and its power is undermined , it should be no official cut off and the testers can please themselves whether they test everyday or not at all , the whole point of random testing is not knowing when the white coats come knocking , when you take that away you open the door for cheating the system , but Pac knows that .

but they weren't, hence 18 days was the cut off date.

NO IT WASN'T, they could have been tested after that, therefore that wasn't the cutoff, are you genuinely so f***ing thick that you can't get it through your head that you wouldn't take drugs when you could be tested five minutes later? It is when the tests COULD happen, not when they do happen that matters.

examples of things that are "random":

                1) drawing tickets for a raffle
                2) drawing straws
                3) drawing options written on a piece of paper from a hat

example of something that is not "random":

                1) tygart choosing the cut off date for testing in the wifebeater/mosley fight

Your a ****** kid with a kids mind , its beyond your comprehension dont worry about straws and raffles and just focus on the workings of OS random testing , NO KNOWN OFFICIAL CUT OFF DATE , after the event it dont matter if they were not tested at all or tested every day , dont matter when they stopped or when they started , the most important element in OST is NO PRIOR KNOWN CUT OF DATE AND THE THREAT OF BEING TESTED TO VERY LAST MINUTE .
