Why do people still choose to call Cotto's chin "questionable"?

being dropped by only Torres and Pacquiao with punches, after fighting guys like Mosley, Clottey, Margarito, Judah, and of course Malignaggi!!! (lol)

I'm just saying... Without knowing how prepared Mayorga will be or if hes a spent fighter , go back and watch the Mayorga De lahoya fight. He tagged Oscar with that right hand pretty consistently until he tired out. Oscar had the reach to keep him off while Cotto doesn't. Mayorga is sloppy, fast and he hits pretty hard, That's how he took the title from Vernon...

It may end in a stoppage by Cotto but gonna be a nervous fight for all his fans.

Yea Mayorga had some losses to bums early in his career, but once he got established and got some more experience, look at the people who he lost to...

it doesn't matter because this fight does nothing for cotto besides earn a paycheck.

if cotto wins= he was suppose to because mayorga is washed up and hasn't won a meaningful fight in years.
if cotto loses= he stands a chance at ruining whatever he has left of a career by losing to a washed up has been.

cotto has everything to lose and nothing to gain in this fight. he's possibly risking his career by fighting a washed up has been who hasn't done anything in this sport for years. if cotto loses its gonna be hard for people to care to see another cotto fight.

Everybody knows that Cotto's boxing skills are superior to Mayorgas but going back and watching a couple of Mayorgas fights I can't help but feel that he was able to get that wild right hand to connect with fighters much harder to hit than Cotto.

That combined with Cotto's questionable chin and Mayorga being Bigger and 3" more reach I'm thinking Cotto is going to have to be very very patient and not be in there mixing it up in the early rounds.

"Punchers chance" is a cliched term. Sometimes it's true, but usually it means a guy isn't going to win short of getting extremely lucky. Mayorga isn't an elite fighter who's strongest attribute is his power, he's just a crude slugger with a name.

Look man, I hate talking about Cotto and Margarito already lol, but bottom line is, that you have to be realistic...

Has Margarito looked anything like his old sel since after the whole scandal?!! Absolutely not, to make it worse he's been embarrased his last 2 legit fights (yea he beat some bum in Mexico) but he's not the same.

When Cotto completely outclasses Marg in the rematch, I want to know where all the comments about Margarito winning cuz he walks through Cottos punches and his relentless preassure and all that bull**** are gonna go, where all the comments will end up are is that he's not the same since the Pac beating, (Mind u Cotto went from the Marg beating and then 1 fight later to the Pac beating)

So we'll see what happens... All we can do is wait it out..

This is an easy tune up for Cotto, even if Cotto has looked like **** the last couple of years himself!! Oh and Margs will destroy Cotto again, Just like he ****ed up Cintron twice!!
