Probably because Khan and Freddy know otherwise.
        I couldn't agree more.

For a voluntary defense, and a "stay-busy" fight, I'd actually like to see a rematch.

Prescott has barely done **** since then, but I'll still take it over a McCloskey match.

It shows a certain mental resilience to avenge brutal KO defeats. I respect Lennox Lewis & Floyd Patterson for doing this. Mentally, it's obviously not easy to get back in there with an opponent who knocks you out like that.

Unfortunately, it's a lose-lose situation for Khan. If he fights Prescott, then he is fighting a guy who is unworthy. If he fights this other guy (whom I have never heard of), then he is avoiding Prescott. In actuality, it's Prescott's fault that he couldn't carry the momentum and win his next couple of fights. Now that Prescott looks ordinary at best and Khan has improved and is viewed no lower than the top three or four at 140lbs, I see it as a complete mismatch. But then again, it's all about getting that elephant off your back once and for all...

Khan gets nothing from this fight. I agree it's more high-profile than a McCloskey fight, but McCloskey is a top-10 ranked fighter, Khan should be clearing out the division, not fighting one-hit wonders. Khan's beaten Kotelnik, Malignaggi and Maidana - all top-10 ranked fighters, no use in stopping the trend.

Why doesn't Khan just fight this guy again to put it to rest for good. he has improved so much since the 1st fight I can't see any result except a Khan win. He would make a fortune off it as all casual fans would be eager to watch Khan fight the man that ko'd him & nobody would ever be mention the names Breidas Prescott to him again
