Outlandish fights which make perfect sense in your own mind.

Basically, the kinda fights that most sane people would give a "wtf" reaction to, but in your head, when you look past the inition thoughts it actually makes perfect sense. Anyone? Let me see...

Manny Pacquiao vs. Paul Williams - Always reminded me of Bruce Lee vs. Kareem Abdul Jabaar in Game of Death thinking about this one.

Manny Pacquiao vs. Kelly Pavlik - KO win for Pacquiao guarenteed.

Gennady Golovkin vs Dmitri Pirog. Everyone throws these names out as potential opponents for Martinez and Williams but why not have them fight each other? Not exactly a "wtf" type fight but most people haven't thought of it...

      Mayweather-Valuev

If Floyd moves around, lands combinations, he'll win a UD.

Haha. He couldn't possibly do any worse than he did against Haye, and we may even get to this phantom speed he keeps harping on about. On the contrary, it would be crazy seeing Vitali come out fast, like a giant, pale Mike Tyson, headhunting from the opening bell with no respect for his opponent.

The Valuev-Mayweather is a good one. Surely the size difference is too much. But then you think of how uncoordinated and awkward Valuev is and how hard it is to hit Floyd.

I imagine Valuev would be able to pin Floyd on the ropes long enough to land a few clean body shots. The sheer size of Valuev would make it comparable to Floyd being hit in the solar plexus with a slegehammer, lol.

                Hatton and de la hoya

retirement party at my house for both fighters after they tussle

Oscar brings the broads and hatton is in charge of the refreshments

                David tua and Chris arreola

fat arreola used to be one of my favorite young fighters
now he belongs on espn until he shows up 240 for a tuneup and actually dusts a guy (manny quezada.... Ahem....)
he and tua would throw the **** down and it would be short and sweet.

                Klit brothers....
Best heavyweights since lennox Lewis and they don't even entertain the idea of fighting.
And I comend them for it.

If they weren't brothers it would be a tremendously competative boxing match.
Vitali via late stoppage in a game changing classic
and we'd start seeing more talented big men in the sport ( the 7 foot atheltic guys wouldn't head exclusively to bball)

                Kirkland and angulo

both guys have been on the couch and would Need to build toward it
but could it be anything less than the most badass throwdown of the year?
Angulo via decison (call me crazy, but I don't think Kirkland is stoppable by a brawler until he moves up to mw. Angulo is too crude in my estimate to tire and stop him)

                Maidana and randall bailey
the hardest punchers in the sport

                chino via soul stealing viscousness
I've said it before... Chino is a demon

Kelly pavlik and the froch that fought Taylor.
Froch looked way too classy for kelly to hang with him these days, but I'm talking about the pavlik and froch that stopped Taylor.

Chris arreola vs six large pizzas and a 30 rack of pbr

unlimited bathroom runs and water and a six hour time limit

                arreola via fifth hour knockout

Paul Williams in a staredown with an Atlantic city sheet of boxing canvas
                Williams via UD.

Anselmo moreno vs somebody of consequence

donaire and montiel over and over again
                same with Alexander and Bradley.

Can't get enough of those fights. On hbo no less. Awesome

                Larry merchant vs harold lettermem

Jim **** **** lampley as both commentator and ref
                oh the drama

Audley Harrison vs Prime Mike Tyson

We might see a grown man faint in the ring.

I think Pacman could beat Sam Peter.
