That's old news and it's already been reported on by boxingscene. Margarito supposedly had hydroxycut pills in his bag which supposedly contain the banned substance ephedra. The director of the Nevada state athletic commission said that it's a non-issue because fighters are allowed to take ephedra during training as long as it's not used during an actual fight and Margarito's tests came back clean.

Btw, the whole thing may have just been a misunderstanding. In response to the boxing scene article, a poster mentioned that Hydroxycut no longer contains ephedra. I did some research and discovered that the Hydroxycut has not contained ephedra since the FDA banned its use in supplements in 2004:
