sure wba has already stated that chageav would not be passed to fight.
would chageav pass to fight in the U.S does anyone know?. if not either,Haye needs to get his ass to vegas,fight povetkin or adamek in his mandatory bout.

In the US it would be the decision of the boxing commission of whatever state they want to hold the fight in (likely New York State or Nevada).

I don't know how NY or Nevada commissions would rule on it, but my guess is Chaggy might be allowed to fight if Haye was vaccinated (as Wlad was prior to fighting Chaggy).

I Just thought of something, if Haye doesn't fight Chagaev,and Povetkin is still out with a shoulder injury,Haye may have to fight Alexander Ustinov
who is listed as the WBA s number 3 rank heavy.But knowing how corrupt the WBA is they would more than likele name someone like Kali Meehan as the next in line to fight Haye for the mandatory.
