Rodriguez said he fought the last 10 rounds with injured shoulder.

Huh? Manfredo is the bigger man.

Anyhoo, the fight changed after that punch.

The k.o. in the Manfredo Jr vs Edouard fight is a nomination for k.o of the year. Edouard made a habit of putting his arms down leaving him open after that k.o. Aaron Pryor Jr needed to more fighting on the outside.

            what break???

the ref did not break them

he took a step back with his hands down

what is manfredo suppose to do, ask him if he is ready before every punch

            he throws?

watch the tape, there was no ref break

That was a KD, not a KO. And AFAIK there isn't an award for Knockdown of the Year.

I thought Manfredo looked decent, but I don't think Edouard was a real test at this stage of his career. I do root for Manfredo to get another real payday fight though. I disagreed with Teddy's scorecard- I thought Manfredo won 2 of the first 3 rounds that Teddy had as a sweep for Edouard.

I'm not going to say that Pryor got robbed because there were enough close rounds to help justify a Rodriguez win, but I think at least 1 or 2 of the judges' scorecards were completely out of line, and I thought Pryor definitely deserved to win. I had it 96-93 for him. Burgos should be suspended for that awful point deduction, too. I don't know if it was an ethnic thing or a house fighter thing or what, but that was a complete joke.
