they do have apolicyto this affect,but if you read I think it is rule number 36 ,it says ther WBA can wave any presedeing policy under special circumstances ,the WBA board would just need to vote on it to wave the rule.(Witch they must already did to give Haye the go ahead to starts the nogatiations with Wlad in the first place).

First haye is scared if vitaly. Now he wants to fight him in may it's a problem.

Dudes need to keep it consistent.

The problem is he said 9 weeks was not enough time for Wlad to be ready to fight himm and nor was it enough time to promote the fight,but Haye now said he wants Vitali after the Solis fight witch leaves Vitali only 8 weeks to get ready and only 8 weeks to promote the fight,there it is Haye not being consistant(not that it matters Haye would find some reason to pull out of fighting Vitali and making a 5th time of ducking a fight with the Klitschkos)

also they never issued a statement to canceling the Klitschko fight, they were aparently all good with it,Haye pulled the plug nott the WBA,.

the haye vs vitali fight can happen on may 28th which gives 10 weeks, 2 weeks to promote and rest and then 8 week training camp, what is the problem?

Thanks Captain Obvious I was unaware Wlad was HW Champ actually his main reason was because it would force him to do his mandatory. It looks like the Chagaev fight won't happen because he can't get cleared to fight anywhere. So he could sign to fight Vitali right after his fight with Solis.

The WBA already gave Haye a pss on his mandatory to fight Wlad, thats why there nogatiations. but when Haye pulled out of the july 2nd fight,that ment he has to now fight his mandatory.

Surely if K-2 says no to this its them being inconsistant if they say yes then we have a Haye Klit fight so its all good

maybe these dates didnt get made cuz wlad didnt want to fight in uk.

or mayb he didnt want to fight in UK and couldnt get tv dates on his side for may or june.

booth is saying late /end of may,which is still short for training and promotional.

but i think hes just calling vitali out,trying to expose the fact that wlad siad time between fights was ok,getting vitali to say its not enough time between solis and this may date to go agiasnt what wlad said about fighting so soon after with less than 12 week camp being ok. to contradict his brother and expose them,to call him wlad a lier,and vitali a ducker.

maybe haye before had to fight a mandatory before seen as the date was july 2nd past the extension date.

now if the date is end of may,he doesnt have to fight anyone.and i guess chageav and boystov cant fight in uk/boysotv is injured.povetkin atlas and saureland,i dunno whats thier issues.

if vitali wins easy without cuts,they hope he can train well without 12 week camp and they dont mind losing money on less time to promote the fight.

the fight wouldnt get made till after solis v vitali,so if there were cuts/injuries,they could put the date in late june,June being the other month haye has from SKY.

i think if it does get made, for late june time.

it has to be in the Uk due to venue,both tv dates are good,wlad couldnt get venue for may/june,thats why he didnt agree,and he wouldnt travel going back on his words.

Vitali is more reliable than wlad,hes not scared,he doesnt have a weak chin,he hasnt pulled out on opponents 2 days before a fight.

think he fought 2 fights in same 8-9 week gap in 2009,but i dont expect he can neccesarily do it again,or should have to do it again.

but still,both need to agree a no pull out clause,and a penatly if they do pull out, with thousands of the pull out-ers next fight purse going to the one who got pulled out on.

The fight date and place were already desided upon,they had agreed on july 2nd and for Germany(Boothe himself "we would had prefered it in England in front of Davids fans,but it made more finiacial sense to fight in Germany")

wow at the klit nut huggers, there is a big difference for being allowed to wait until march to arrange a fight and end of june to arrange a fight

if the above is true, wba would have allowed haye to wait a bit longer if he can arrange a unifcation fight in march

remember the whole problem with haye/wlad is that they cant sign the unification fight until end of june because wlad could use and wba rules dont allow that

once vitali is free, haye should be able to arrange a fight with him, thats IF wba allow haye to fight until march

vitali will duck haye like his brother did

Why end of June? Wlad fights at the end of April. Vitali fights just over 1 month earlier. You're saying the WBA will allow Haye to wait tilll March but not April.

And what happened to "needing time to promote/train"?

so your saying that 7 days was the deal braker? come on now,besided the Wlad vs Haye was already completely hype to hell,everybody was already talking about july 2nd,there wasn't all that much need to promote fight.(and 7 days is not that much more promotion time)

Manager and trainer Adam Booth told Daily Express that WBA heavyweight champion David Haye is very interested in facing WBC champion Vitali Klitschko in May. Klitschko defends his title against undefeated Odlanier Solis on March 19. Booth told the paper that his fighter will not sit around and wait for a bout with WBO/IBO/IBF champion Wladimir Klitschko. If Solis manages to get the upset over Vitali, Haye is willing to face him as well.

watch Vitali will agree to fight Haye,then HAaye find a reason the fight cannot take place,tell everyone it was Vitali's fault the fight didn't take place,and a lot of Hayes fans will still back Haye even if it will the 5th time he has backed out of the fight(I say a lot of Haye fans because already the more resonable Haye fans have also started to get on Hayes case for bavking out again)
