Puerto Rican promoter Felix 'Tutico' Zabala Jr. has denied reports that he reached an agreement in principle with the promoter Bob Arum of Top Rank for Wilfredo Vazquez Jr. to defend his 122-pound World Boxing Organization (WBO) title against veteran Jorge 'Travieso' Arce on May 7 in Las Vegas. The fight is poised to take place on the pay-per-view undercard to Manny Pacquiao vs. Shane Mosley.
