Tszyu considering a return rematch with Judah

    From *********:

    Tszyu vs Judah rematch?

By Ray Wheatley -- World of Boxing
Former unified 140-pound champion Kostya Tszyu has stated that he would consider a return bout with WBC/IBF/WBA welterweight champion Zab Judah if he returns to ring action. Tszyu said, "It depends on the deal that we make. I'm not going to jump into the ring just for the sake of fighting someone. It all depends on how the fight is commercially, all aspects, where it is being held. I will look at it very closely then make a decision." Judah was knocked out in two rounds by Tszyu in a IBF jr welterweight title bout in 2001. Tszyu is currently in Russia with welterweight boxer Anton Solopov who is scheduled to fight there on September 10. Tszyu also said he has not looked at his fight with Ricky Hatton.

It would be a good test whether Kostya could still have another revenge fight with Ricky Hatton.

it is more of judah considering a rematch......because he was the one who lost............but i just don't see judah taking this fight, as he knows very well that kostya has his number (especially soutpaws)...

it would be great for kostya though to unify the welterweight division........

there is no way judah can beat tszyu..

there is...i think the fight is judahs to win or lose.
hes got age on his side, hes a better boxer than tsyzu, hes faster
& if he can keep his focus for the whole fight it will be a walk in
the park. i doubt tszyu can handle the pace judah would have to and
can, set. also i dont think hew will land many punches flush which
would test judahs chin again. and i dont think tssyus tactical abilities
will play as much a part as earlier in his career.

          judah ud.

Zab beats Kostya at 147. This is a bad return fight for Kostya, unless he needs one last big payday before he retires for good.

you make me laugh bro............because you make it out as if they have never fought before..........

tszyu fought him and handled all of the above well....except for the first round, and that is all it took......

the only thing zab has is the age advantage...that is it...

the others were well taken care of last time......

either way, it would be good for the both of them, as they would make plenty of money, and it would be judah's chance to get redemption over old tszyu.....whereas when they were both prime (even judah was then), we saw who was the better.

Judah will make Tszyu quit a lot quicker than Hatton did
