It was a real pleasure to see Ricky Hatton seemingly on the path to genuine peace of mind on Ringside last night.
Put aside your opinions of him as a fighter please, he’s one of the sports good guys, and a potentially great promoter with his boxers interests of paramount importance.
I don’t want to see him fight again, as like most of you will agree, his day came and went.
BUT i do want to see him progress as a promoter, and keep a smile on his face. He’s a smashing fella, and I’m sure 99% of people on this forum, like me, wish him the very best.
