Boxing Scene staff how bout some clarification on a few things since you put what appears to be a less than well researched article up?


First off, did he have hydroxycut or is that just what Team Magarito said the pills were? Whats in the stuff, herbalized caffeine, efedra? Did the commission actually confirm the pills were OTC hydroxcut? Are energy pills illegal to take pre-fight? He tried to drink Coffee and was denied also so what are the regulations surrounding this? Why didn't the comissioners catch this as opposed to Team Pac having to call Margarito out on another infraction, sound familiar? please and thank you.

i agree with u in that Roach was just melodramatic and paranoid about the whole thing and besides, when Pac knew all this he just dismissed the situation and jst say **** it lets fight....i wouldnt think a man who just got his license back is gonna try ****** again

If it was hydroxycut, then according to an earlier poster they removed ephedra approximately two years ago. If splenda, then I'm not sure.

God no wonder the boxing world is losing the interest of fight fans everywhere..i have always loved boxing and i will until i die but all the steroid stuff with fighters and the loaded handwraps has given boxing enough negative press and then the little drama over those pills.When will they just sign a damm contract and get in shape and fight ?
