The relation of Pacquiao's power to Alex Ariza and Colombian punchers

Ok so, Alex Ariza is Colombian. If you guys remember, all the fighters that come out of Colombia are huge punchers with huge KO ratios regardless of quality of opponent. They can punch, period. You think they are all on roids in Colombia? So now you take Alex Ariza who is part of that Colombian culture of what they eat and do to train their athletes to be these monster punchers and with crazy strength. You give all that to an experienced and highly skilled boxer/puncher like Pacquiao, and that ladies and gents is how you get the roid myth. Huge compliment for Pacquiao and should be crazy flattering for Alex Ariza. Rant Done.

Your a F#ckin idiot...so let me get this right...Colombian food makes you a huge puncher right...well F#CK...I guess Mayweather better start pounding that Ajiaco!

My guess is that when Ariza couldnt cut it the first time around in boxing and went to become a stunt double in Cali...He probably got hooked up with some roids and hgh after taking a beating from throwing his body around reckless...well at least thats my theory.

I wonder if chicken and watermelon would make my **** huge? Hmmmm

Pac was a huge puncher ever since his flyweight days. 19 year old Pac was getting schooled by Sasakul untill he landed the punch that changed everything. Pac is no suprise able to maintain his power in hgher weight class just because he also able to maintain the speed when he delivers it. Actually, this is a simple mathematic the *****s having difficulties to understand.

I personally believe hes just a really good conditioning coach. He seems to put alot of belief in distributing weight throughout the body evenly especially around the legs.

I also like how he believes in interval training and incorporates it with his fighters.

All if comes down to is who manny power is compared with ,It a boxer power vs a slugger power thing.
If it's Floyd Floyd, he a boxer, he on his front half of his foot as all boxer do ,call it the slick boxer that can move and now get hit, boxing is a trade off.as every thing does. Fast movement good snap but no real bad power. unless you drop flat foot to punch.
And compare to a slugger PAC has the average power but fast speed that can ko you if unseen.
A slugger is flat footed , he throw his whole weight into the punch, not a arm punch but uses his legs and body like Tyson .but the down side is he can't move and will get hit often.steroids is a easy way out what you can't understand.

Another thing is there is two type of muscle

                    Fast Twitch (Type II)
Because fast twitch fibers use anaerobic metabolism to create fuel, they are much better at generating short bursts of strength or speed than slow muscles. However, they fatigue more quickly. Fast twitch fibers generally produce the same amount of force per contraction as slow muscles, but they get their name because they are able to fire more rapidly. Having more fast twitch fibers can be an asset to a sprinter since she needs to quickly generate a lot of

                    Slow Twitch (Type I)
The slow muscles are more efficient at using oxygen to generate more fuel (known as ATP) for continuous, extended muscle contractions over a long time. They fire more slowly than fast twitch fibers and can go for a long time before they fatigue. Therefore, slow twitch fibers are great at helping athletes run marathons and bicycle for hours.
